About

I am a self-proclaimed group fitness junkie.  I take class whenever and wherever I can, as much as I can.  I also teach a few classes a week.

I’m a mom, wife, and wannabe DJ.

Menu planning saves me – literally.  I love to shop for groceries on-line.

I love wine; ice cream is my vice.

I can get lost in music and cherish the adrenaline rush on magical music days.

I love the sun; hate the snow.  I dream of living in a warmer climate, but will never leave my roots.

My daughter can make me smile like no one else on earth.  My husband is my grounding force.

Someone I just met by chance, barely know, yet hold dear to my heart, said I was her fitness angel.  That encounter is the reason for beginning this blog.

We are all connected and brought together for a reason greater than we may ever realize.  I’m not afraid to admit that I am a little crazy – I think it’s a requirement of any group fitness instructor.  I truly love all things fitness and I’m so glad I re-discovered the crazy wonderful world of AEROBICS.

I’m over trying to be a certain size or weight, and I’ve made peace with the fact that I am strong and some designers  just don’t “get” my body type.  I say, “SO WHAT!”, there is something for everyone if you just look, accept, and stay true to you.

My intention is to share my experiences with people, places and things that will inspire you, keep you balanced, and give you the energy you need to ROCK OUT!

At the end of the day, how YOU feel about YOURSELF  is the only thing that matters.  If what you have been doing isn’t working, get over it and move on.  Accept where you are at this very moment and know that every breath you take is an opportunity for a new beginning.

Peace, love and jumping jacks my friends.
